Bill Keith

Bill Keith is a serial entrepreneur and co-founder of Perfect Snacks, the pioneering refrigerated protein bar company, and Green Fat, a plant-based nutritional supplement brand.

Born in 1982, Keith grew up in a nomadic family as one of 13 siblings. His father, Bud Keith, was a holistic nutritionist and fitness industry pioneer who created the original Perfect Bar recipe as a healthy, on-the-go snack for his large family.

Keith attended College of the Redwoods. The business concept for Perfect Snacks originated from a business class assignment, which he developed together with his sibling Leigh Keith, based on their father Bud Keith's original whole food energy bar recipe.

In 2005, they co-founded Perfect Snacks and grew it into a major consumer packaged goods brand, with products available in more than 35,000 retail fridges nationwide, including Whole Foods, Target, Costco, Starbucks, Trader Joe's, Kroger, and Safeway/Albertson's.

Under Keith's leadership, Perfect Snacks became known for its refrigerated, whole food snacks that are high in protein, gluten-free, non-GMO, and low on the glycemic index. The company eventually sold a majority stake to Mondelez International, marking a significant exit in the natural foods space.
