Camille Hardy is the founder and CEO of Chunky Vegan, a farm-to-table organic baby food company redefining infant nutrition with plant-based, fresh-to-frozen meals. Based in Leesburg, Virginia, she's a devoted mother of two whose personal quest for clean, healthy baby food sparked the business.

Before launching Chunky Vegan, Camille gained experience at NBCUniversal, where she developed operational skills she'd later apply to food production and distribution. That corporate background grounded her in systems thinking-essential for running a perishable-food startup that refuses to cut corners.

Motivated by the birth of her son and frustrated by lackluster options, Camille started formulating recipes in her kitchen. She built Chunky Vegan around a simple promise: clearly labeled ingredients, no compromises on nutrition, and meals that go beyond mere convenience. The company now serves families across the region, operating with the belief that quality baby food shouldn't be a luxury.
