Dominic Wyndham-Gittens has spent his entire professional life in coffee, a path he first set out on with his wife Mandy in their home island of Barbados back in 2001, when the pair opened a small neighborhood cafe to test their shared passion for the drink. That early, unpolished venture laid the groundwork for Wyndhams Coffee. The brand the couple formally launched in 2014 with the explicit goal of shaking up the local coffee scene. Based in Christ Church, Barbados, Dominic now serves as Co-Owner and Director of Coffee for Wyndhams Bajan Crafted Roasters, working alongside Mandy and a dedicated local team to produce small-batch coffees built for savoring.

The brand’s signature offering, its Rum Barrel Coffee, has become a fan favorite, with Dominic breaking down the drink’s unique, spirit-infused production process in public talks and social media clips shared across YouTube and Facebook. That creative edge comes in part from Dominic’s early background as a liqueur enthusiast, a hobby that informed the brand’s experimental approach to flavor long before the couple formalized their full roasting operation.
