Libby Mochan is the co-founder and CEO of Fulton, a New York City-based brand making modern, sustainable arch support insoles from cork, natural foam, and vegan cactus leather. Fulton is redefining comfortable footwear by combining supportive design with environmentally responsible materials.

Before launching Fulton, Mochan built a background in entrepreneurship and creative problem-solving. As the child of immigrant parents, she developed a strong work ethic and an appreciation for building something from the ground up. She found she enjoyed the freedom and creativity that came with working for herself, which ultimately shaped her path toward founding her own company.

Since its founding, Fulton has scaled rapidly, reaching high seven figures in revenue. Growth brought new challenges, including cash flow pressures that Mochan navigated as the company expanded.
