Fila Manila is a Filipino-American food brand founded to represent the next generation of Filipino flavors in the American mainstream. The company builds its products around the recipes and techniques that founder Jake DeLeon grew up watching his mother and grandmother prepare, translating those kitchen traditions into shelf-stable sauces, spreads, and condiments.

The product line centers on flavors that are instantly recognizable in Filipino households but rarely available in national retail. Filipino Adobo sauce delivers the classic tangy, garlicky marinade profile in a ready-to-use bottle. Kare Kare peanut sauce captures the rich, savory depth of the traditional oxtail stew, while Ube Purple Yam & Coconut Spread brings the sweet, earthy taste of Filipino desserts to toast, pancakes, and desserts. Banana Ketchup rounds out the range as a sweet-tart alternative to tomato ketchup that is a staple in Filipino cooking.

Since launching, Fila Manila has earned placement in Whole Foods Market, Fresh Thyme Markets, Stop & Shop, and other specialty and mainstream grocers. The brand also appeared on ABC's Shark Tank, where it secured a $250,000 investment from Daniel Lubetzky. That exposure accelerated distribution and helped Fila Manila become the #1 Filipino American food brand in the United States by market presence and consumer recognition.
