The Story
GOSO Cookware is an outdoor cookware brand founded by Brent Firkser with a simple but powerful mission: get people outside and keep them there, fuelled by great food shared with people they love. The brand was born from Firkser's own frustration as a backcountry guide and outdoor educator, who found that available camp cookware was either too heavy, too flimsy, or compromised with toxic coatings that couldn't stand up to real adventure.
The centerpiece of GOSO's lineup is The Everywhere Pan, a 14-gauge carbon steel pan manufactured in a family-owned factory in Wisconsin that has been crafting cookware in the same building since 1919. The pan features GOSO's patent-pending BigBite forged aluminum handle, which locks on solid and removes in seconds, and it works on any heat source — campfire, stove, or grill. With no coatings and a lifetime warranty, the pan is designed to improve with use, developing a natural non-stick patina over time.
