The Nest Prep

The Nest Prep is a postpartum meal delivery service based in Arizona that supports new mothers through the fourth trimester with nutritious, ready-to-eat meals.

The Story

The Nest Prep was founded to solve a personal problem: after having a baby, there is very little practical support for the person who just gave birth, especially around food. Madelyn built The Nest Prep around the belief that new mothers deserve restaurant-quality nutrition without the mental load of planning, shopping, and cooking during recovery.

The service is intentionally local, which keeps the quality high and the community connection strong. Every batch is designed with postpartum nutrition in mind, balancing convenience with ingredients that support healing and energy during the early weeks of parenthood.

The challenge Madelyn brought to the Advice Line was how to grow beyond her current audience without losing what makes The Nest Prep feel personal. She is looking for ways to expand reach while keeping the brand grounded in direct care for families, not just transaction-based marketing.
