Thrive12
Thrive12 is an education company that creates inclusive classroom resources and connects educators through creative tools and community.
The Story
Franchesca Thompson built Thrive12 from her 17 years teaching in Georgia's Gwinnett County Schools, where she saw firsthand how much representation matters to students. What started as posters designed for her own classroom became something larger when other teachers began asking for the same resources.
She developed the company's signature collection of inclusive classroom posters, featuring students and professionals who look like the kids she taught. The line covers career inspiration, entrepreneurship, and leadership, with particular focus on Black and brown students who rarely see themselves reflected in standard classroom materials.
Today Thrive12 sells physical and digital resources directly through Amazon and Teacherspayteachers, and Thompson hosts the Everything But The Lesson Plan podcast, turning the brand into a full platform for educator support. The company remains laser-focused on its core belief: every student deserves to see someone who looks like them doing work they can imagine themselves doing.
