Robert Wolkoff

Robert Wolkoff is the founder and owner of Sunny Bowls, a fast-casual soup concept based in the Chicago area.

Before launching Sunny Bowls, Robert built a business and finance background that included an MBA-level education in Economics, Finance, and Marketing. He drew on that experience to open a health-focused restaurant focused on gourmet soups and light bowls, targeting workers and visitors near the Merchandise Mart and Northwestern Hospital.

Sunny Bowls is independently owned and operated, with a menu built around dairy-free, gluten-free, and vegan soup options. Robert remains directly involved in the business and is often on-site greeting guests at the Chicago location.
