Robin Hall

Robin Hall is the CEO and Co-Founder of Town Hall Outdoor Co, a sustainable kids outdoor apparel company based in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Before founding Town Hall Outdoor Co, Robin built her career in the outdoor industry at Smartwool, where she gained deep expertise in apparel and brand building. When her role at Smartwool was set to relocate to Denver, she chose a different path—staying in Steamboat Springs to pursue her own venture.

Robin launched Town Hall Outdoor Co in 2020 alongside two co-founders, all parents who saw a gap in the market for high-quality, sustainable outdoor gear designed specifically for kids. The company is a certified B Corp, reflecting its commitment to people and planet alongside product.

Under Robin's leadership, Town Hall has grown into a respected brand in the outdoor space, earning recognition from outlets including NPR's How I Built This. She continues to drive the company's mission of durable, planet-friendly kids apparel rooted in community values.
