Vince Speroni

Vince Speroni is the co-founder and CEO of Gotchies, an organic cotton underwear company on a mission to offer men a healthy, sustainable alternative to synthetic fabrics that can harm reproductive health. Based in Leesburg, Virginia, Vince launched Gotchies in early 2025 after a year of product development, driven by a personal frustration with the lack of healthy underwear options on the market. Before Gotchies, Vince had already proven his entrepreneurial instincts. In 2023, fresh from James Madison University where he earned his bachelor's degree, he co-founded Lansdowne Technology Consulting, an IT services firm still operating today. That same year, he accepted a Technology Risk Consultant offer from Ernst & Young, choosing instead to channel his energy into building businesses from the ground up. Gotchies embodies Vince's belief that a brand should be story-driven. The company operates lean—founders handle everything from sourcing GOTS-certified organic cotton to packing orders out of a shared house. When the first international shipment went to the wrong size, Vince didn't just correct the mistake; he sent the right pairs expedited at no cost, included extras, and turned a rocky start into a five-star advocate. Today, Vince splits his attention between Gotchies and Lansdowne Technology Consulting, embracing the FITFO mindset—Figure It The F Out—while learning to balance resourcefulness with planning. He's committed to building a brand that stands for something, one hand-written thank-you note and quick Instagram reply at a time.
