Will Carroll is the founder and president of Tool Club, a Cincinnati-based tool rental company that delivers pro-grade power tools right to your door. Before launching Tool Club in 2024, Carroll spent over four years at PXG (Parsons Xtreme Golf) in Cincinnati, where he ran shop operations for the premium golf retailer. Prior to PXG, he spent seven years competing and working in PGA South Florida. A University of Cincinnati graduate (Class of 2010), Carroll built Tool Club out of a simple frustration: owning every tool you need is wildly expensive, and traditional rental shops feel stuck in another era. His solution — free delivery and pickup, flexible rates, and a curated catalog of premium brands like DeWalt and EGO — aims to make professional-grade tools accessible to both DIY homeowners and contractors without the cost or hassle of buying or driving to a rental counter.
