Daniel Moll's Bio
Daniel Moll is the Founder and CEO of EarthSuds, a Toronto-based sustainable personal care company creating dissolvable shampoo, conditioner, and body wash tablets to eliminate plastic waste. The idea struck during a family vacation when he encountered a beach choked with plastic bottles—prompting him to build a practical alternative.
Moll holds a degree from the Lazaridis School of Business & Economics at Wilfrid Laurier University. Before launching EarthSuds, he honed his analytical skills at Bain & Company, where he learned to break down complex problems—a toolkit he'd later apply to plastic reduction.
In 2017, Daniel and his sister Kate Krabill co-founded EarthSuds with a clear mission: make sustainable personal care both easy and accessible. The company developed proprietary dissolvable tablet technology that replaces single-use plastic bottles entirely. Based in Toronto, EarthSuds has secured intellectual property and completed fundraising to scale production and distribution.
Under Moll's leadership, EarthSuds has grown from concept to a commercially available product line, partnering with retailers and direct-to-consumer channels. The company continues to expand its reach, offering an everyday solution for travelers and households looking to reduce waste without sacrificing convenience.
