Together with her brother Nima and sister Sahba, Salma launched MadeGood in 2014 after the siblings' earlier family food business was sold in 2012. She helped shape the brand's focus on certified organic, allergen-friendly snacks made with ethically sourced ingredients.
Salma has been featured in DIVINE Magazine and is active in food-industry sustainability initiatives. At Riverside Natural Foods, she oversees responsible sourcing and impact programs, helping MadeGood maintain its B Corp commitments and supplier standards.
